We are proud to share images of a truly spectacular project that saw us take center stage in a fascinating and technically highly demanding sector: live entertainment and large outdoor events.

Our workshop managed a massive and complex order for the supply of all the modular steel structures designed for the assembly of a mega-stage. The project required the production of hundreds of highly engineered, precision-crafted components necessary to safely support enormous suspended loads (audio systems, LED screens, and lighting).

Specifically, we handled the manufacturing of:

• Heavy-duty, high-capacity trusses: custom-built using main tubulars and diagonals welded with the utmost care.
• Technical components: production of special elements for assembly and lifting, including sleeve blocks, bases, safety blocks, connection "stars," and thousands of male/female connection forks.

Subsequently, to prevent any unwanted light reflections during the shows, the steelwork was treated with a special RAL 9005 Black powder coating with a wrinkled matte finish.
